The owner worked with a different architect to produce construction documents, however, they encountered issues after construction started that forced them to alter the design.

They approached us after the foundation and garage level have already been constructed, and the entire stock of windows already ordered.

Our challenge was producing a model and working within the constraints above to help the owner achieve an aesthetically pleasant volume, and functional interior space within the reduced footprint.
